1 1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t.. salt
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 c. coconut
2/3 qt. half & half (2 2/3 c.)
unbaked pie shell (see pumpkin pie for recipe)
Mix custard well. Spread coconut
in shell. Pour in custard.
