
Crust:
9X3” springform pan
5 oz. graham crackers
1/4 c. pecans
3 T. lt. br. sugar
2 T. cocoa
7 T. butter, melted
Grease spring form pan, dust sides with cracker mix.
Stir in butter, press into bottom.
Filling:
6 oz. white chocolate melted into 3/4 c. heavy cream
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
7/8 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Mix until smooth and pour filling into crust.
Bake 75 min. at 350 deg.
Topping:
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Spread topping on cheesecake.
Garnish with grated chocolate or cracker dust.
Bake for 7 min. at 350 deg.
